This is basic and standard wakizishi. Simple colors and designs top to bottom... as a basic functional cutter. The overall apparence of this wakizashi matches that of our Higo Katana. It features a 6.5" tsuka and uses double mekugi. Standard Musashi Double ring tsuba make it attractive for any collection.

Blade geometry is simple and straightforward. Matching the apparence of all our other katana.

Our Type 7 wakizashi employs a through hardened 1045 carbon monosteel construction. This is our first production wakizashi cutter that is fully sharpened for cutting practices. The standard type 7 has a 6.5" tsuka (grip).
